  • Delivery: Digital ebooks and files are delivered via email or download link immediately after payment is processed.

  • Usage License: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or share these files with third parties. All intellectual property remains the property of Healed by God's Word Digital.

3. Physical Goods (Shirts & Merchandise)

  • Shipping: We aim to process physical orders within 30 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our shirts as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of ebooks and digital files are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued once the file has been sent or downloaded.

  • Physical Items: Returns for physical goods like shirts are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
