Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Files)

All sales of digital products are final. * Once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • EU/UK Customers: By purchasing digital content, you agree that you are requesting immediate access to the content and, therefore, waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Shirts)

Our shirts are custom-printed at the time of order through our production partners (Printify/Gelato). Because these items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

  • Ordering the incorrect size or color. (Please refer to the size charts on the product pages before ordering).

3. Damages and Manufacturing Issues

While we don't offer general returns, we want you to be happy! If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us at healedbygodsword@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include a clear photo of the damage and your order number.

  • We will work with our production partner to send a replacement or issue a refund for the faulty item.

4. Shipping Information

  • Production Time: Since your items are custom-made, please allow 5-10 business days for production before the item ships.

  • Delivery: Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

  • Digital Goods: There are no shipping costs or wait times for digital files; they are delivered instantly to your inbox.

5. European Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, the "Right of Withdrawal" (the 14-day return window) generally does not apply to:

  1. Digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.

  2. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (this applies to our custom-printed shirts).
