At Healed God's Word Digital, we sell only digital products such as eBooks, digital artwork, printable files, templates, and other downloadable content. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased files through one or more of the following methods:

  • Download link on the order confirmation page
  • Email delivery sent to the email address provided at checkout
  • Access through the customer account on our website (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is valid and accurate.

Delivery Time

In most cases, digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

Refunds and Returns

Please note that all digital products are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
